FAQ’s

  • The event is designed for teams of three or more. Whether you're part of a large company, a mid-sized team, or a small startup, SuperCollider is structured to benefit teams of various sizes and industries.

  • SuperCollider takes place in the Cortex Innovation District, a hub for technology and innovation, with Filament and CIC as key partners in delivering this unique experience.

  • Participants will have access to co-working spaces, can attend Filament-led workshops to learn practical business skills, join brainstorming sessions with nonprofits, and engage in discussions to find innovative solutions to common challenges.

  • There are no requirements to attend workshops or brainstormingsessions, but you’ll get the most out of the day if you and your team are prepared to engage actively in workshops, discussions, and collaborative sessions.

  • No. SuperCollider is purpose-built for teams. It is not a pure “networking” event for individuals to attend, make connections, and exchange business cards.

That said, if you’ve got a group of folks you’re working on a project with, you’re more than welcome to bring them along!

  • Unlike traditional events, SuperCollider offers a unique blend of co-working, targeted skill-building, community collaboration, and the opportunity to apply new insights immediately, all within the setting of a vibrant innovation district.

  • Teams at SuperCollider will collaborate with mission-driven non-profits from 3 to 5 p.m. in a facilitated brainstorming session (kind of like a mini-Thinksgiving), and offer fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the nonprofits’ most pressing challenges.

  • Workshops are led by Filament and focus on real-world business skills, such as effective meetings, giving feedback, and other critical workday competencies.

  • Filament, Cortex, and CIC will offer free parking for SuperCollider attendees in the district. Once you register, we’ll send you all the details.
